Sorry to start off by badly quoting Shakespeare - but here's a burning question from "The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham" - Is Locke truly alive?
If he is injured now will he bleed blood - or embalming fluid?
Evidently we are dealing with Locke 2.0 here. No broken leg, no abrasions on his head from his accident. It' obvious that he's been "resurrected" intact - but is he truly alive?
I mean - as it was pointed out in "316" - even Jesus still had his injuries to show after his "resurrection".
I have long thought that the island either re-animated the body of Christian Shephard some how - obviously able to tap into his memories somehow - is Locke the same? They did seem to make a point of his memory.
And just how long has Locke been dead anyway? He evidently wanted to kill himself right after he talked to Jack - that very same night - Jack books and takes his 1st flight trying to get back to the island. Jack then takes many more flights "every Friday Night". I mean I know Locke would have been "hanging around" for a while before someone found him (sorry - just had to say it LOL) - a week tops - then some time in a City morgue until someone claimed him - or they just sent him to be buried - so maybe he was in the morgue for a couple of weeks . . . . . He was definitely out of the picture for more than the Biblical "3 days".
Any ideas?

Well - based on Jack's beard growth - I'd have to say at least three weeks - but the way they talked about Jack taking those flights to Australia and other spots in the Sout Pacific - made it sound like he'd been doing it for months after his meeting with Locke.

It's strange to see how Locke seems to be Christian Shepard 2.0. Does Locke now have the ability to pop in and out of reality when you're not looking?

ALERT ALERT! Igmar has been spotted without blue text! Haha, sorry. Anyways, yeah. In some ways the Christian Shephard/Locke cases seem very similar, and yet Locke doesn't seem to be popping in and out of reality like Christian seemed to...

Kinda funny that Locke was 1st seen after the crash of 316 as "standing in the water in a suit" - much the same as the 1st time Jack saw Christian.

I think he is alive. I thought it was weird that he wasnt in the same time as the other 815 survivors. Whats up with that.

I think that - because he - as well as Ben - used the Donkey Wheel - the island rejected them - sending them and the rest of the passengers on 316 - as well as the plane itself - over to Hydra Island - kind of like magnets pushing each other away.
