For years this has been literally my favorite movie of all time. This movie effected me so deeply and in and a way that i have rarely experienced since watching it. This is a movie that you will literally have to watch over and over and over. The feelings that go through your mind when the credits appear on the screen is absolutely amazing, and i assure you that you will not have the answer to the movie after the first time you see it. This is a movie that tries to tell you something, that in my opinion, is beyond our comprehension. So, if there are any other Donnie Darko fanatics out there, or people who just want to talk about the movie, and if you want to know more about this spectacular film, just let me know. This a movie that you should see immediatly.

I actually just watched this movie a few weeks ago. After finishing I was all like then I was like I think that sums it up. Well maybe not but I did really enjoy the movie. I would not put it as my favorite film of all time right away but it is definitely up there. It did take some research just to understand it. Also nothing since Lost has made me want to read more books like all the alliterations they have.

Classic. Richard Kelly's follow up film "Southland Tales" will also blow minds, but most people hated it. Not as good, a jumbled mess of a film actually, but I love it just because it's so bizarre; shades of Repo Man.
