This is about 2 weeks after the fact, but are there any Boston Legal fans out there? What did you think of the finale?
I thought it was a satisfying end to the show. The wedding was too hilarious, with everyone clamoring to kiss Shirley, but at least Denny got his wedding dance w/Shirley. I'll miss the gang at Crane, Poole and Schmidt, er, now Chang, Poole and Schmidt, but at least it went out while it was still entertaining.

I really liked the show. And I loved Larquette's speech about putting more intelligent things on TV. I agree. I might be 27, but I hate so much on tv. Too many lame reality shows about crap no one should care about. And when he was basically making fun of Grey's. Great episode. I was really disappointed though, I thought it was going to go the entire season, and than all of a sudden they said it was the last one.
Even though the show was so liberal it was sick, I loved it. I will miss, "Denny Crane."
I loved when the 2 Chinese guys were sitting on the balcony. And when they were calling Shirley names. Ha ha

I too was caught off guard. I knew this was the last season, but when they started promoting the finale after the Thanksgiving episode, I was surprised. I was definitely expecting a May finale. Supposedly, BL was lucky to come back and wrap up the series in the fall. I think ABC wanted to cancel it after season 4.
The two guys on the balcony...that was great. It was a way to show that amidst all the changes, things at the law firm will probably be just as crazy as ever. I loved how they gave Denny a paintball gun this season...just when you think he couldn't possibly do anything more bizarre. I still think my favorite Denny Crane statement upon exiting the courtroom was "Denny Crane. Trix are for kids".
