Are you still going to be friends with Ed Hochuli after today's SD/DEN game? He blew that fumble call. He even admitted it. I think he did it just to mess with you, Jack.

He's still OK in my book.
I blame the Charger defense more than ED.

they were a little harsh on him!!!! he is one of the best in the nfl!! if he cant do playoffs then no referree should be able too!!! ive seen worse than that!! even though that was really bad!! stop playing off 20 yards and blitz a little and cutler would get rattled!!!

And slow down everyteam wants to see an 8-8 team in the playoffs. decent offense aging star bad coaching spotty at best D. I hear you, all the Pats needed was one more win and there in. Oh Wait, they did play a sorry azz team from the AFC west in week 6, and if I remember correctly the Chargers won 30 - 10 and the Chargers could have scored more, but they decided not to run up the score unlike what the 07 Pats would have done. I agree, sometimes the rules in the NFL don't make any sense, but at least the Chargers play by the rules, and I agree with you about the AFC West, its a joke, but come on, the Pats division before this year has been no power house. Miami, Buffalo, and the Jets for the most part have be at the bottom of the NFL. I give the Pats credit, they didn't fold after the lost Brady, and as much as I don't like Belcheat I would take him as coach over anyone. As long as he didn't bring his hoody. ;D I think the Chargers have a good chance this week, with the 2nd highest scoring offense in the NFL you always have a chance. Don't worry you still have the Celtics and Red Sox, what do I have? The Padres, and there not going anywhere.

yeah jack you killed us i know i consider that the one of the two games we lost because we were without Tom the second is the PIT game. and yes the fish have been jokes for years but the Jets were solid two years ago and the bill good last year. but its like you have the chiefs and raiders there gifts good for 3-4 wins a year.
yea its true and the bruins this year a pleasant surprise.
Welcome to the boards and funny story i went to spring training and sat right behind steven king of lost and fever pitch fame! so I'm nit a huge fan but i respect him as a sox fan. turns out huge jurk to me, the rest of the fans, and the players. like i mean this is one old dude who looked like he couldn't hit the ball out past the mound and he was talking some trash.

Yeah, not having Tom did hurt you, but we didn't have Shawn, and it's safe to say with him on defense I'm sure we would have 3 or 4 more wins. in the 8 games we lost, none were a blowout. Injuries are part of the game. the Pats have been hit hard this year, but so have the Chargers. I did some research on the bills. Last season they gave up 102 more points than they scored, and since 2000 there record against teams with a winning record is 17 - 49. I forgot about the Bruins, they've been kicking the Canes azz this year. I have both of there goalies on my fantasy team. They need to trade one of them so they both can start.

thats true. i was not making excuses for the pats if they won one more game they would be in. however i am bitter.
wow that is bad stat however the pats almost outscored them by that much by themselves. and wow that winning record is bad !!
well you have Jake Peavy so thats nice.
