I am sure that this question has been asked before. I want to put chapters in my podcast but I don't know what program to use. I am running on a pc and can't seem to find a program could Jay (or anybody else) help me out?

on a mac its easy just use garageband on a pc its next to impossible and don't think im a mac fanboy i use pc and i hate how i cant do chapters its all because aac is mainly an apple proprietary medium so I would say dont plan on doing chapters anytime soon unless someone here knows how to do it on a pc we'd both appreciate it

I believe you can only do AAC if you have garageband
