Found this out via Doc Arzt's Lost Blog; Jeff Jensen at EW's newest column states that the title of the premiere is:
"Because You Left"
While I don't know how this ties into the "You won't know when or where you are" at the beginning comment from Comic-Con, but it seems like they'll cut right to what happened after the island moved and possibly what happened that caused Locke to go Bentham on us.
And possibly keeping up with double meanings in LOST, any thoughts as to who "You" could refer to aside from the O6?
