Well, um. First time here, so I thought I might as well start off with something productive. This is just something that I thought of, and I already emailed it to Jay & Jack, but I figured I may as well post it here so I can get some of your input on it. It's nothing huge or elaborate, but I'll just go ahead and copy what I put in the email. I was thinking about why the Arrow Hatch that the tailies ran into and the Swan hatch that Jack and co. are hanging out in are so different in terms of size. Maybe the Arrow Hatch was researching something different than the Swan so there was no need for so much space, or maybe there's just more to it. Michael already pointed out that their hatch has blast doors in it, and my feeling is that they activate when the incident occurs, or if not, it has something big to do with the incident. I'm thinking that the Swan hatch also has blast doors for protection against the incident as well. Perhaps the Arrow hatch really is bigger, but an "incident" had taken place there and so the blast doors came down and closed off the rest of the hatch.
Just a thought.

Some people think that the reason the Arrow station is so much smaller is because the blast doors are down. Xeo tells us that the arrow station was affected by the first incident in the Spoilers thread.

Ah, so this has been discussed already? Bummer. These things can't be discussed enough by my standards. Nice ideas anyway! Cheers!

I don't think the incident happened in the swan. i think that it may have happened in the Arrow and that's why there's nothing in it and, the tailies didn't find a person in there AND it is so much smaller.
Welcome, by the way.

Yeah, I mean, when you look at the Arrow Hatch it looks like someone blew it up. It just goes to show that the Tailies got the short end of the stick every way you look at it. Even where hatches are conserned

It would be cool if they figured out how to raise the blast doors and see what is really in the arrow hatch if that is possible. However, it may not be possible. If the incident really was nuclear and has been sealed off, those doors may be permanently down.
