I'm new to this whole Lost Theory thing so don't hate me if this has been said before, but have you ever noticed that Dharma has the same number of letters as there are numbers, and that D is the 4th number and H is the 8th? However the connections stop there. I think that the numbers do mean something, we just don't have the info to figure it out yet. Also, I think Dharma is just the name they gave the experiment.

I think that there is a specific reason that they named the expieriment DHARMA. You don't go off and give something a name like that without thinking it out first.

I personally think that the connections about D being the fourth letter and H being the eighth are simply coincidence.
I do believe that there is a reason for it being named DHARMA though, that extends further than little connections with the numbers.

Watched the Dharma Film again. That Dude's (from the film) arm is all jacked up! but i noticed that the film has several Close Ups on the Dude's Eye, during important dialogue! a lot of times in film editing, filmmakers cut away from a shot, when they decide to REPLACE dialogue that has been changed. i think it would be interesting to see all the things that are "said" while these bazaar close ups, happen. this might be clues, as to more pieces missing or changes done to the film
