I live in the country, so our yard has a tendency to get a lot of ants in it. So today I got some ant killer, because I hate ants. And went on a massacre. That's what is happening by me. ;D

The same thing is happening here, but only with boxelder bugs. I hate them with a passion.

Oh I don't llike those either.
I think out of all bugs the worse are the Japanese Beetles, they look like Ladybugs, but stupider, and they certainly are not Ladybugs. It's like a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Oh gosh. Don't get me started on Jamanese Beetles. I could rant for hours.

In CA, there is no such thing as bugs. It is all rainbows and sunshine here.

I live in a timber home in the woods up on a mountain...and omg do we get insects.
We had the little black 'sweet loving' ants get into our kitchen. Little buggers ALL over the counters, all over the jar of honey, the jar of sugar, and into one of my herbs growing in the window! We used those little baits that they take back to their queen. It took a couple of days, but they eventually disappeared and never came back.
Those ladybug look-a-likes are actually Asian Ladybird Beetles. Farmers like them cause they eat aphids. We use Bug Stop (from Walmart) to spray the drapes and window frames, lasts for about 9 months. I got tired of sucking them up with the vacuum over, and over, and over.
Best of luck with your war on ANTS!
