i have subscribed on itunes, to jay and jack, yet i can not get episode 3.21. i feel that this is a major crisis. so please help me.

Yeah, my iTunes never has the latest episode right away...what's the use in being subscribed when I have to manually fetch it all the time.
Jay, tell iTunes to get their act together or you'll pull your 'cast...that'll scare 'em!

check your iTunes settings - you can choose how frequently your iTunes will automatically update podcasts you are subscribed to. Otherwise, yeah, you have to do it manually. I hit manually hit "Refresh" on my iTunes a few times a day to get the latest updates on podcasts - even for my own. Just check your settings and you can set it to refresh podcasts at the frequency you want!
