I'm 30 years old, an avid reader/writer, and an obsessive (to the point of mental illness) fan of Lost.
I first found the Jay and Jack show back when their promo played on the transmission.
And I've been listening since.
At any given time I keep myself subscribed to around 30 podcasts (more in the winter), and do my own show, 99 Points.
