Can you play all the PS2 games on a PS3???
I mean also those where you need additional stuff, like that Buzz thing.

Cause on the XBox only some are compatible... I was wnodering if you'd buy now a PS3, if all the PS2 games would work on it.... would be interesting.

It depends. I heard with the European version, the backward compatiblity for the PS3 was reduced for cost purposes. I would say they try and have the popular games working and I think it will get better with time. I know with the 360 they expand the list every so often. You'll need a special adapter for the PS2 memory card.
Check gaming sites like ign, 1up, gamespot, or engadget for a better explaination.

dont know if its much help but this lists all the compaitable games on the european consoles.but yeah on the consoles in places like the US, there compaitable with all the games i think faq.eu.playstation.com/bc/ |

Guitar Hero > Wii Guitar Hero = PS2 Therefore, PS2 > Wii And since the Xbox 360 is porting Guitar Hero and the Wii isn't, that means Xbox 360 > Wii If PS3 had Guitar Hero, it would be awesome. But I guess backwards compatibility is ok  (I do want a Wii though ) |

Haste makes waste.... I admit I was wrong in stating the above ;D BUT STILL! ...ah forget it. I can't keep getting Guitar Hero for every system it comes out on At least it is coming to Wii though...the perfect match haha |

^^ Actually I'm not too sure if GH on Wii is such a good idea and its supposedly coming to DS which would be completely different from what I'm used to. They still haven't decided on an actual guitar peripheral or air guitar-wiimote-nunchunck set up. We'll see...I love the games, but it would seem wierd. I actually got the PS2 GH games 'cause I was too impatient for it to come on Wii. But I wouldn't get a GH for mine or my DS, but that's just me. Unless they can really pull something cool off.
And you forgot the classic Pokemon theme. XD
By the way, GHII looks sick on 360.
