sounds like a terrible system if everyone keeps getting theirs killed eventually even if the graphics are kick ass and it gets replaced for free noone want to go through this nuts

Microsoft stole a few games away from others this year with Final Fantasy and Resident Evil. Not including Banjo Kazooie from Nintendo. Releasing a new one along with the original on live. They also announced an avatar and party system in a software update. And the one I am most excited about is Netflix that you can watch then share with friends anywhere in the world.

Well Microsoft technically didn't steal them because they are multiplatform games. Sharing sounds better. Microsoft bought Rare which is the company that makes Banjo Kazooie so the new one has to come out for the 360. I am not looking forward to this whole new avatar interface. I don't like it very much. I am not going to upgrade if I don't have to.

This development with FFXIII is huge. I pretty much dropped my jaw when I heard this.
Stealing isn't the right word at all. The whole concept is rather silly, especially with all the things that I've heard about people calling Square a "traitor" releasing FFXIII on the 360. There are some things I'd like to point out here ~
FFXIII is on the Xbox 360 ONLY in North America and Europe (as well as PS3, I believe. It isn't a 360 exclusive in the West). It is still a PS3 exclusive in the East. Also, FF Versus XIII is still apparently a PS3 exclusive worldwide, seeing as Square didn't mention it at E3.
Square is a company, and like any company, they gotta make money. They realize that they can make a large portion of their American base happy by releasing on Microsoft's console, which by now has a huge installation base for developers and their games. And if you're really a Square fan, you should want them to make money. Cause if Square don't make money, then there ain't gonna be no Final Fantasy XIV.
As long as we're talking about Microsoft and E3, is anyone psyched for Gears 2??? I AM!!! The new "Horde" co-op mode sounds like a total blast. Fighting wave after wave of increasingly difficult Locust.. kinda like Gears meets Geometry Wars ;D
Also, Gears 2 looks like it has really been blown wide open - in a good way, mind you. The "Destroyed Beauty" of the first game with its grays and pillars was nice, but it has kind of worn off. Epic has realized this, and they have made the world more open by bringing some more colors into the world as well as making an amazing draw distance for the Unreal Engine 3, making the world feel really open. It's like Gears of War was Epic Games picking up the 360 and seeing what they could do with it, and Gears 2 is going to be what we all wanted Gears of War to be. That and we get flamethrowers.
And as for the avatar system, I think there should be a way around it. I'm skeptical about the whole concept. Well, if we cant' avoid it, then it'd better be good.
