Uhhh my ipods like frozen the screen, i checked the little hold switch but it's off and i can't move it the screens like lit but it's not changing and it's not darkening also when i hook it up to my computer the screen doesn't change and itunes doesn't recognize the software i'd appreciate if someone could tell me what i could do to fix it

hold down menu and the button in the center together for a few seconds, that always works when mine freezes
