and no that's not a salacious question - do you prefer your BBQ "wet" style or dry rub?
Ever since going to this kick A## place in South Carolina (not sure where it was ages ago) - where we tried a sample platter of each kind, in different flavors of each...I'm dry rub all the way! I wish I could remember the place, it was some little corner place within driving distance of Boone Hall, one story - didn't look like much...but it was packed to bursting with people and the food was sooooo good!

I prefer my ribs with a wet rub, but my brisket with a dry. I absolutely have to have the vinegar-based Carolina-style sauce on the side with a dry rub. I have my own recipe that I really like.
