Can anyone help me?

So I was on the news yesterday and I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can save the video directly onto my computer. I want to use it in a presentation tomorrow and I won't have any internet access.

I was asking a Windows pal who suggested the following:
For starters you will need to get Firefox and a plugin for it called "UNPLUG"
With this combination, I was told, you would be able to save flash movies directly from the page:

-Firefox DL link
www.mozilla.com/en-US/

-link to the plugin- unplug.mozdev.org/
" you are supposed to click the fish to save" -he said.

-an FLV format player
