Here's the fact for today. The term "the Big Apple" came into common usage in the 1930s when touring jazz musicians referred to a town or city as an apple, making New York the Big Apple. Well, that's it for today.  |

That's too bad.  It happens to me a lot too though. That's okay. It never really hurts that bad. Unless it's a baseball, lol. I was stupid enough to wear my glasses in a soccer game, and I got hit right in the face, and I got cut around the eye. It stung a little, but it wasn't too bad. I had a hard time finishing the game, though, cause my eye kept watering. haha |
