I think you might have misunderstood the last panel.
It implies Sayid is gonna pull out Henry's lungs through his digestive tract.

Well, I sent them an email after I did the summer hiatus one. Jack responded saying he thought it was funny. I don't know if Jay's read it or if Jack has read any of the newer ones since. |
