Dosn't Birthday denote the Day they were born?
Since they are all Alive, the must have all had birthdays!!! ;D ;D ;D

Good point. At least one person on the Island ought to be compulsive enough to keep track of the dates. Then they ought to say to someone, "You know it's my birthday today."

Well, if you want to get technical, we have had one birthday appear on the show and they made a big deal out of it. Aaron's birthday. The day he was born was actually part of the show. Would that be Aaron's 0th birthday?
As far as others having actually birthdays come to pass while on the island, the odds are there have been some that have come and gone unnoticed. I am sure out of that many survivors some of them would have had a birthday within the 50+ days they have been there.
The thing is they have had a rough time (more so at the start and with the tailies than in more recent days) so keeping track of dates and birthdays would not really be in the forefront of most of their minds. Also, we have a lot of characters who would not exactly be the kinds to mention or care about their own birthdays (at least not openly).
Others are more lazy minded and most likely don't have a clue what date it is. Their birthday could be close but that's all they would know, since the exact date would elude them.
Those that would care and do keep track either may not have had their birthday pass yet or kept it quiet for some other reason we may or may not ever find out.
Personally I don't think we are going to know anything about birthdays of anyone until they decide to make it a secondary plotline of an episode. Somebody has a birthday on the island and everyone chips in (just like they made a deal out of Sawyer getting a haircut).
