They played "Consoler of the Lonely" and "You Don't Understand Me" before "Top Yourself," and maybe another one...I can't remember. BUT Coachella was freakin awesome. Sorry I couldn't get any good pictures of The R's, my camera's batteries died. But I got pictures of a lot of other people. Man Man was insanely amazing. The whole weekend had great bands I had never even heard before that were awesome. My favorite from Friday was DEFINITELY dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip. I expected them to be good but they were really really great. Goldfrapp and Aphex Twin were awesome too. Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings blew me away. She has so much energy and a very powerful voice. Favorite of Saturday was Prince, with Portishead coming in a very close second. MIA was good but there were so many people there, and I was up front so it was a pain when I had to get out. Kraftwerk had an epic performance. My favorite on Sunday was easily Sia. I have been a fan of hers for a while and she was just singing excellently. She has a great stage presence and her whole band played really well. Roger Waters was epic, with explosions and fireworks, and lights and flying pigs. Justice was insane, there were so many people!! Metric was really good too, they seemed like they were having a great time. All 3 days were awesome though. Pictures up by hopefully today or tomorrow.

Haha, Vampire Weekend are such newbs. They're cute though.
Hoo... how many bands is that? My brain would explode if I saw all those in 3 days. Dan le Sac is definitely awesome.
Colin Meloy show was great btw. ;D He's hilarious. I only have pics/video on my cell phone though cause they didn't let cameras in.
Sux about the Racs but I can find stuff on Flickr. Dude, concert photographers have the best job ever!
