Last night (5/25/07) there was a show at Soma in San Diego. The bands playing were 25th Hour, I Hate Sally, Human Abstract, Misery Signals, and headlining was The Chariot on a side stage show. There weren’t that many people there maybe about a hundred. The show turned out to be amazing. The 25thh Hour was ok; their set was interesting with them leaving by jumping into the crowd shoving their way through then coming back freaking out. I Hate Sally, a band from Ontario Canada, had an amazingly awesome girl screamer and some of the weirdest moves I have ever seen. Human Abstract for some odd reason the singer (screamer) decided that I would be his main force of who to jump off the stage into. So naturally I switch positions with a friend, and the dude still jumps on me. Other than that their set was awesome. Misery Signals also had a good set, not much happened during it but it still was pretty good. And headlining The Chariot. Their set was magnificent the whole crowd was into it. The only complaints I have from the show was The Chariots set was too short and in all of them the vocals were too low. Otherwise the whole thing was tons of fun. I will be missing it while I’m gone.
