Now everyone is happy ;D Anyways, you could do something like a sports skit...thats what everyone in my group did to get by One year of drama was all I took since it was required, so it might not be good to listen to me

Is it supposed to be a monologue or do you get to have others in the scene with you? Do you want to go with comedy or dramatic?

Like Red Riding Hood, or maybe a scene from a soap opera, that's a lot of drama, or maybe something from the Law and Order shows. Good Luck with whatever you choose to do.

"steal from the best" pick a scene from Carrie(your secret lost reference only true fans will note) and vary some of the circumstances and motives As an alternative I´d propose to get a shortstory booklet of the King of shortstories. Stephen King writes excellent shortstories (stressing the term SHORT), which I found very stimulating for my writing classes when I was back in school. I`m sure you´ll manage to create & perform well! oLO PS: Secret tip: Red, by christian matheson (a 2 page shortstory that knocked ANYONE out I gave it to read)

Fish out of water stories can do well. Something like Elf, Little Mermaid and a show that was an awesome perfect example was Due South. Then there is always a dramedy like Steel Magnolias.
