Well - now I know - your Handball is more or less a variation of Hockey or football (soccer) - while the handball I know (my father used to play a lot - I was off playing hockey LOL) - is a variation of Squash

LOL that reminds me of another variant of the handball that you mention, Ig. The one you mention is called American Handball, here in Belgium we also have Frisian Handball (Friesland is like a province or something in Holland) and it basicly involves one team of 3 serving the ball to the other team on a long field, and they have to slap it back. kinda. more wiki info: Frisian Handball: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frisian_handballAmerican handball: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_handballHandball (or Team Handball): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Handball

Nascar is the most boring thing to watch EVER. They go around in circles over and over and over... My brother was watching it once, and it was like, "78 laps left... 77 laps left... 76..." Ugh. Ain't that the truth, imagine having to go and sit and watch one of those!

I am a proud Kiwi....we have alot of the same sports as everyone else like Soccer, Golf, Tennis etc
but the ones that really 'lift our skirt' are:
• Rugby Union (the world famous All Blacks) • Netball • Cricket • Sailing
interestingly all 4 of those sports have major events happening this year....The Cricket world cup starts in 2 weeks from the Bahamas, NZ have just beaten Aussie 3-0 so we are feeling good about our chances there, then there is the Netball world cup...NZ are the current world champs and stand a good chance to do it again....in August & September the All Blacks will try and win the rugby world cup...they have beaten everyone over the last 3 years, ranked #1 in the World, and finally Sailing...the Americas cup is sailing in the Mediteranian...Alinghi (from Switzerland) are the current holders of the cup...they won it from NZ 4 years ago
wouldn't it be sweet if NZ got all 4!!!
