2 back, but thats alright, if we can get into the weekend at the worst 2 games back, I would feel confident about either tying by monday, or be up by 1...2 if we are lucky

I think they will be fine as long as they don't get swept by the tigers. I still think that the sox will take two out of three. I don't know whats up with Beckett but its the same story as every game this year. No one has been on this season. All pitchers have bombed a lot this season. Oh well.

remember at the beginning of the season when our bullpen was freakin' great! those were the days...it is august though, the usual rough period for the sox, they'lll step up when they need to

oh boy, wily mo should have caught that ball, it cost us the game. nixon would of had it for sure, plus the yankees just on so we are 3 games back, again. tomorrow is an absolute MUST win. we wont get anything accomplished 4 games out heading into a 5 game yankee set, unless we sweep them which in all likely hood wont happen.

holy crap the yanks had their butts handed to them by the orioles 12-2, 1.5 games back headed into the series, things are looking up
and I am doubly excited because I am going to the schilling vs. mussina game sunday

geeze, its hard too tell with the bullpen right now if thats possible, I think wells will be able to make it 6 or 7 and johnson might have a shot cause new york sucks at hitting off of pitchers they never faced
I agree that beckett does need to step it up, this batting practice crap isnt gunna fly.
I would also like to see willy mo on the field more, the center field idea isnt too bad but he needs to stop swinging at every ball pitched to him

its funny because I know exaclty what you mean. look on the bright side, schillings pitching tomorrow, and wells monday (hes been doing pretty good) if we win both we are only 2 1/2 games back, this isnt over yet |
