Serenity/Firefly Event

First of all, I wanted to thank y'all for talking about Serenity in your last RambleCast. I'd been wanting to get into Firefly/Serenity for the last couple of months, ever since Nathan Fillion showed up on LOST, and hearing how awesome y'all thought the movie was made me go out and rent it (see, the influence you guys hold over us? Use the force wisely, young Skywalker... er... yeah). Anyways, I got into it not a moment too soon.

Apparently during the week of Joss Whedon's birthday, they show Serenity on the big screen worldwide during an event called "Can't Stop the Serenity" www.cantstoptheserenity.com/

Guys, if you're interested, the showing here in Raleigh (yes, I am another Raleigh native... represent!) it's going to be Thurs. June 21 @ Raleighwood Cinema in North Raleigh... the info can be found raleighshindig.blogspot.com/. Jack, now you can see it on the big screen
