New month, slightly belated new thread.
Me? I'm catching up on some old stuff - Pixies, U2, plus some new things from Nine Black Alps and Clearlake. Also listening to Metric's newest (still) and some old Doctor Who audios from Big Finish.
How about you?

When I am not listening to podcasts, I my ipod is playing U2, REM (I remember when they were the local band playing at the 40 Watt Club), Nickelback, Sarah McLachlan, and a mishmash of oldies from the 70's and 80's.

You can never go wrong with The Beatles' Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

I am currently listening to:
Syd Matters-?? (I am really getting into him, he's very cool)
Laura Viers-Random iTunes stuff (she's great)
Sufjan stevens- Michigan (I can't stop listening to this guy, the most unique sound I have ever heard)
Jay Z- Unplugged (GREAT album, with the Roots as the backup band? You can't go wrong)
Decemberists- Castaways and Cutouts (great stuff, and the most intresting lyrics ever)
Iron and wine-Everything (I saw the guy preform last month at a private party and I was blown away)
Radiohead- Amneisiac (I forgot how good this ablum was)
Talking Heads- Everything (I also forgot how much I like the talking heads, I've been really listening to them a lot)
Stevie Wonder-Everything (I am engaged to a big American Idol fan, and on that show the contestants are contantly trying to sing Stevie Wonder, it reminded me of just how amazing he is....I've been rediscovering a musician I have admired for a long time)
If anyone ever needs musical suggestions just ask....I have a LARGE library

Wow! Karma to you just for mentioning the 40-Watt! Athens is just down the road from me!
