I like to read several books at once. :-)
Same here. I have a bag with 4 or 5 books in it that I carry around.

and i'm also reading "The Historian" it is actually very interesting it gives indetail about this far away and very secluded places. but basically the main character's father tells her the story about how his proffesor mystery dissapears when he and the proffesor find a book with no words except an illustration of a dragon holding a piece of paper with the single word "Drakula" as in Vlad the Impaler better known as dracula the vampire and her father runs off to find it and she runs off to find him very good books The Historian is awesome! I remember reading it when it first came out. That book has some of the most interesting and well developed characters like the Turkish man (I think he's a professor) whose name I can't remember at the moment, Bartholomew Rossi (his backstory is amazing), the daughter, and a lot more. A bit random: I found the vampire librarian kind of funny. lol yeah when Rossi's daughter is about to tell him bout the documents and i swear for a minute while reading that part I thought of gollum saying "PRECIOUS" lol i was a little freaked but i thought it was funny how that part reminded me of gollum and the ring

I just got done reading The Count of Monte Cristo, which was excellent. Now I'm reading Tale of Two Cities. I've decided I want to read some classics that I didn't get a chance to read in high school.

I just started reading On the Trail of the Assassins: My Investigation and Prosecution of the Murder of President Kennedy by Jim Garrison. I've wanted to read this for a while now. The movie JFK by Oliver Stone was based on this novel so if anyone loved the movie I would definitely recommend this book. Even though I just started reading it, it goes into more detail then the movie (as expected). You probably not going to find this in any bookstore because it has been out of print for a long time. You can order it online from amazon or ebay or any website like that.

I'm an education major, so I read a lot of adolescent lit. I just finished "In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson" by Bette Bao Lord. It's very good, whether you are in 5th grade or a senior in college and beyond.

I've decided I want to read some classics that I didn't get a chance to read in high school. That's awsome that your going back to the classics, but heed my words and stay away from Charles richardens unless you want to not be satisfied and a headache.
