It'll be JKR's twist. Not even Star War's "Luke, I am your father" twist can compare to the HP one where Harry hugs Voldemort!

Idk I think you could easily push Harry down stairs, that would work too. Pottercast inside joke!

Back on to the prophecy... I interpret it as Harry cannot die unless Voldemort kills him and viesa-verca. Do you guys think of it that way?
Oh casper you HAVE to listen to Pottercast too. I listen to both! Pcast is hilarious.

Blaw- So you mean Harry is immortal and only Voldemort can kill him?

Sort of, thats the flaw. Could he die of old age? Yea probably but the only one that can kill him is Voldemort. John Noe touched on this in the latest Mugglecast. They talked about the prophecy.

Back on to the prophecy... I interpret it as Harry cannot die unless Voldemort kills him and viesa-verca. Do you guys think of it that way? "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches. born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies . and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not . and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives . the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies." I think either could be killed by other people but that it is destiny that they'll fight each other. So they are protected by fate but are - in a certain way - not un-harm-able. If you know what I mean (cause I am loosing trek here... ).

So your basically saying they could get killed but they just won't. Sort of like fate is guiding them to the duel. I like it!

Hmm...that's pretty interesting, I've never heard anyone phrase the prophecy like that. That could be, like how he avoided all the AK curses in the ministry fight in book 5 and in book 6 when he was chasing after Snape (though for that one he did have Felix Felicis). I always thought of it as...Harry could be killed by anyone and Voldemort could only be killed by Harry, but your version makes more sense..
Hmm.. Hey Casper, that'd make a lot of sense...guided by fate, that's very plausible.

Yea and if I had book 4 I could prove a point where in the maze Harry was cut by a spider pincer and it says that like poison was on it and it was an open wound. All harry did was pull it out and was fine.
Don't forget Fawkes in book 2!
Casper have you been drinking gin?

Your welcome, and what I said in the same post, kind of supports your theory. "like how he avoided all the AK curses in the ministry fight in book 5 and in book 6 when he was chasing after Snape (though for that one he did have Felix Felicis)."
It could've been fate guiding Harry to avoid all those Killing Curses
Err..Just checked book four
" ...He looked down at his leg. It was bleeding freely. He could see some sort of thick gluey secretion from the spider's pincers on his torn robes. He tried to get up, but his leg was shaking badly and did not want to support his weight." p. 632 GoF
then it says on p. 633 " We're still square," said Harry, testing his leg gingerly; it shook violently as he put his weight on it; he had sprained his ankle when the spider had dropped him."
I think the stuff from the pincers just caused extreme pain and unbalance in his leg, that was it. I dunno how bad the sprained ankle was though.
