I have been watching all the court shows on TV. so I can get some info on how to act and info that I need to have for taking Ashley's to court. It's interesting in their letter to the BBB that they say that I ordered a trundle bed and told them the I wanted them to turn it into a reg. twin bed, and that they had asked me to sign a waver, which they say I agree to do and that for the third time that they came out the I had purchased the parts to make it look like a trundle bed, I would love to see the waver that I signed and also a purchase order showing that I had paid extra money for the parts. None of this ever happened, Oh and they also said that I told them that I would put the extra parts on myself, there are so many lies in their letter, I am so thinking that they are hanging themselves with all the lies they told. The only thing that I have ever signed was the credit card receipt. Well in their letter they are now saying that I ordered a Captains bed, do any of you know how to turn a Captains bed into a reg twin bed, it's a box with drawers and there is no way that could ever be done. So first it was a 3 piece twin bed,(that was on the purchase order) then they said that it was a trundle bed and now they are saying it's a Captains bed.   I swear I am still waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me that I have been punkd  |

Landed a summer job
Signed a lease for my first apartment
Got a 3.9 for the semester (three A's and one A-)
Saturday I will graduate from college with an Associate Degree in Applied Science : Computer Information Systems.
YAY ME!

Bev, I think you should take them on Judge Judy that would be awesome. And what is a Captain's bed? A captains bed is pretty much like a big box looking bed with drawers on the bottom, and you can only use a mattress on it. There is no way that I can think of to make it into a regular twin bed, there is no where that you could put rails on it and you can't use a box springs, I have no idea of how they came up with that one, and they are saying that is the way that I ordered it, I guess they have not seen their own purchase order of which of course I have a copy of ;D It would be funny to get them on Judge Judy, but I am sure that they wouldn't go for that  Tonight while watching TV, one of the local news stations that has the trouble shooter that I called, there was an add from Ashley's, so I guess now I know why they didn't return my call |

Wow. I haven't posted in about two weeks.  Well, here's what I've been up to. I just started in the school band and I'm in the drum-line. It's really fun so far. I play 5th bass, (the biggest bass drum the school has). It takes its toll on my back having this huge drum strapped to me, but it's worth it. What has everybody else been up to? |

Hey all! Sorry I haven't been around much; I just started working yesterday & last week, I had to go for training in Kentucky, which was just as random as it was last minute. I also lost my wallet at LGA airport on Sunday night, canceled all my cards on Monday and flew and rented a car without an actual ID or passport (my mom's being somewhat stingy with giving me my own passport, guess I didn't grovel enough), which was an adventure. Then my wallet turned up Fed Ex-ed to my parents house (address on my license) on Tuesday. It had been found at the Philadelphia airport! I didn't have any cash in it to begin with and all the cards seem to be there, so that was a freebie.
ANyway, live ChuckCast tonight at 8pm EST on Ustream.tv to talk about it's renewal for Season 3! Yay! Also, +518 for Bev and her troubles.

Glad you got your wallet back Colleen (even if you had to cancel everything anyway)!
Whew. I survived last week - including that job fair with a few thousand other people. It was pretty hectic with a day-long seminar that was a few hours drive away, the job fair, a possible freelance project, a just-for-the-heck-of-it freebie of a project, and trying to launch my own website in the hopes of finding a job, yadda yadda yadda.
Where was all this stuff a few months ago when I was bored out of my skull?
