+407 for Yasmin. Hey Nick! We will get the results of Strider's blood test tomorrow, but he threw up a few times today and guess who had to keep taking a packing break to clean it up lol

+12,973 for your loving cleaning efforts. Try having a Cat with hairballs. It's rather disgusting.

Hey Colleen, did you ever get your Macbook to work?

No, it's not working at all and Strider's threw up a few times yesterday during the day and now he's been throwing up all night so back to the vet yet again. When it rains it pours I guess. But I'd rather my Macbook die than my dog, so if I had a choice, that's what it'd be.
On a cool but shallower side, ChuckCast is #8 on iTunes TV/Film audio podcasts!

Oh goodness, why another plane crash? I know! You're the first person I thought of! I think it's a sign, that someone's telling you not to leave NY... just maybe

Argh. I have to find out more about that crash - my parents are planning to take a trip in the near future on that same airline.

Another 24-48 hours in the hospital for Strider. I can't leave until I at least know that he's coming home. Meh.

+353 for Jlyn. My Macbook turned on finally, thank goodness - one less thing to worry about. I completely forgot about my shoes, but that's the only thing left to pack in general.
If the dog can leave the hospital after 24 hours (best case scenario - Saturday night), then I will drive down on Sunday morning. If he has to stay the full 48 hours (what they recommended to make sure he does not go into congenial heart failure again as a result of the IV fluids), then I will go down on Monday, I guess. Missing both my birthday and Valentines' Day sucks hard, hardcore, but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do for a "family member" who isn't well. If the 2 days in the hospital is not going to help him, then I guess I will play it by ear.
Thoughts and prayers, please?

My thoughts are with Strider and your family. Valentines Day is not really that cool, so don't sweat that you couldn't be with Jay today. Anniversary's are more important.

He threw up again around 3am and they don't know the cause. He's kept down the other meds though but they can't give him water or food regularly until 6pm tonight so he can't come home until at least 6pm tomorrow night. Blerg.
