So I am writing from work where we have to remain locked in as there was a police/car chase that ended in front of our studio and now the suspect is in a standoff with the police with guns drawn. Can't let any clients go out who are parked on that street. Quite the adventure tonight - though this kind of excitement I probably could have done without.

Luckily the second one didn't really affect me - just witnessed the police racing there. It happened about a mile behind me. I am very lucky in that aspect, not to have been caught behind or in the second chase. And now, since it is nearly 3:30 in the morning, I think I shall TRY to go to bed. |
