Okay, this may be a dumb idea and this thread will disapeer. But here goes anyway.
If there is a dispute then we settle it here, we elect a judge, adn a jury if possible and we dish out smites or exalts that we (the jury) feel fair. We need order, mindless smites are no form of justice.
Tell me your opinions on this.

This won't solve anything. By setting this up, you will only become the thing you wanted to defeat. Dish out tons of smites to the smiter. What does that accomplish? Nothing. You can't make the smiter stop either by "punishing" him with smites. And same with exalting someone. Anyone can come forward and plead for free karma
Smiters never admit they are doing the attacks either. How would you form a "case" without anyone as a "suspect"? This is when you would become a group of vigilantes
Even so, its still just a number. Why get worked up about your karma? Sure, everyone pretends they don't care about how their karma is. But the moment they fall under pressure, they crumble and become hypocrites. Karma attacks are not fair, I agree. But there is nothing you can do to stop it.
So why don't we just keep theorizing about Lost and forget about this. All karma has been bringing these past few months is problems.

I totally agree with Shinra (Clone). It's not our place to judge about other people (if anybody that is the task of the mods) and certainly not to punish them. Karma is for fun, people. Don't get so worked up about it.

Hey kids.
To be honest, I wasn't supposed to be the messenger of that perfect message. But fate worked in its own perfect way, and yours truly was chosen as the perfect candidate. But still...I get the feeling that I was supposed to be secondary, and there was another person intended to deliver that perfect message. Maybe in all the confusion with Lost (another perfect episode, of course) he forgot to deliver the message. But still, I just don't understand why I suddenly knew exactly what to say. And I didn't say it in the most perfect way either. It didn't SOUND like me. But I'll still take all the credit if it makes me even more perfect

well its kind of what it is like already the court of public opinion allot of people smite when they don't like anything WAY before they notify the mods.
