oh i found this on stationzer0.com One of our members, Losty09, went to www.flyoceanicair.com a few minutes ago and found that the video had been updated. Someone hacked into the site with a message. He's going to find out what happened to Flight 815. Find815.com is the website. The adventure begins... There's a few games to play. Cool stuff, so enjoy. The most important information in terms of the structure of this adventure is when you try to sign up: Find815.com is an online narrative that provides a vital backstory to Lost. This exclusive story will unfold over 5 weeks and conclude with the premiere of Lost Season 4. So now we know that 1) this is not like The Lost Experience and should be considered canon to the show itself and 2) it won't last long. This also sounds like something you can follow at your own pace instead of having to be online constantly during work and getting yelled at by your respective bosses / wives / husbands/ etc.

WHOA! Thanks! I've just gotten past the main stuff and am now at Sam's desk. I'm so looking forward to following this for the next few weeks =D.
Too bad there probably won't be any DJ Dan, haha.

So, can you clarify the connection between the www.flyoceanicair.com and the new find815.com - I don't see a video on the first site, just a link to the press release. JLSK

Yeah - now it is there - last night for some reason it wasn't showing up. Maybe I had a caching problem... Thanks. JLSK PS Anyone get past the second part? I got past the first by zooming in on the face and finding very small text to click on - on her beauty mark, each eye and forhead. Can't figure out what to do on the e-mail page, although I've only spent 5 minutes on it edit - see the message below - I had to restart the whole game to get it to let me move forward.

Hmmm You can also explore the call phone and booklet on Sam's Desk. The progress control panel is interesting as well. It shows that one e-mail and one activity have been released for me, but not yet discovered. Everything else is unreleased. I did find this URL in the random text at the end of the garbled e-mail: the-maxwell-group.com/edit: it turns out that this flash site doesn't track you non-linearly very well - I had to start all over from the beginning and redo everything, at which point I could click on this link in the mysterious e-mail, which leads to a new video. The source code shows this is really being pulled from this page: www.find815.com/TMG/index.htmlEntering in a random user name and password says that the site it down until 2/1/2008 at 8:15. www.find815.com/TMG/login.php

Alright! Lost experience two! Well, I've already found the "discoverable" clues and am waiting for the timer to count down. I have the same problem with the site; I have to start from the beginning each time I go to the site.

Your welcome, Ah, hey JLSK, to discover all the emails you have to read the one he sent as well.
Nice job, I totally forgot about entering the Maxwell Group's web site into the address bar even though I typed it in on the webpage that was open on Sam's laptop. Yeah, you can type in the address bar! But it doesn't take you anywhere. I guess we'll have to wait till 8:15 tonight to see what else is happening. You're right about the website not being good at keeping track of your progress. Earlier in the morning, I'd found everything. I just checked right now, and I have four things I didn't do, so I'm going to have to go back and do it again. By the way, the activities would be the "finding the mistake on Sonya's picture" and "finding what's up with the email". After you find everything, in the bottom right hand corner, you see this,

I've found that if I login and stay logged in, I don't have to go back and re-do stuff to continue. But who knows if it will all be saved next time I log in.

Hmm, ma113, maybe the code word from the game is the username needed for the-maxwell-group.com's website? We won't know till a few hours though. The codeword if anyone's wondering : MATTHEW

well s.g.w., that could possibly be it, but then we'd need something for a password. i'm guessing they haven't updated the site yet and it's something that needs to be typed in someplace. if you go to "my progress" you'll nitice that there are empty squares that denote "hunt clues" or something like that, so i'm assuming that's where the code word comes into play.

When I get a chance I'll put up a wiki page for the new ARG on the J&J wiki for us to keep track of all this.

True, well I guess we'll see in time what it's for. I think you're right though; it will probably be a "hunt clue" Awesome, JLSK Hey, the website find815 has been updated. 4 Emails and 1 website So, Sam's heading for Jakarta and we now know that the Christian I is a salvage vessel. The Sundah Trench is right next to the island of Sumatra which is pretty close to Jakarta. I guess Sam's going to try and sneak on board and see what exactly the Christian I will be bringing back up from the deep.
