So far, my buddy's at DarkUFO have been totally on the ball snaring audio and deciphering clues. Quoting Dark's site here:

So it looks like there may be some online ARGness coming our way come January 1st, although how they do this without writers is a good question - or maybe ARGs are independent of the strike and can use writers without breaking the WGA strike. I've heard Letterman went out and made his own deal with the WGA and will be starting back up soon...

Oh also, the locations Oceanic will fly to is that each location maps to the homes of all the major characters (Tustin=Locke, LA=Hurley,Jack, Seoul=Jin,Sun, etc.)

Well, it is some sort of cypher.

I've tried a ton of decoders to see if I could solve, but nothing has worked.

The obvious one was a ROT cypher, but I tried a bunch and got nothing.

You need a cryptoanalysis. The code "C" is used most frequently. In english it is "E". Thus 2CCBCB -> ?EE?E?. Only some english words match this pattern. For example "NEEDED".
Known: C->E, B->D, 2->N

You can detrmine the partial codtable now, if you have a keen eye :-))))
