Use of the Numbers in the Experience

Here is a lame ass Lost Experience theory, I have posted it at a few other places - They said the Numbers will be explained during this whole shindig. I am assuming its going something to do with the Valenzetti Equation they have been kicking around. The equation was used to predict how much time until man destroys the world, or something to that effect so what if the original equation announced that there was...

42 years 23 months 16 days 15 hours 8 minutes and 4 seconds.

I know that 23 months would change it to 43 years 11 months but that doesn't fit well into my theory. I Know its back wards but still. Don't you think that combo of numbers, if they announced how long this planet has left, would be cursed? I think beardy said that the equation was used to tell how long until the human species had until they destroyed them self. That would work with why the numbers are so bad. You put them together and at one point that was the original answer to the end of humanity. Thats no fun.

There is a bit of interesting things being shown on the lost ninja site - the official abc site in Australia - that seems to be making a big deal that when you multiply all the numbers together you get this really big number and that number is the same one on the screen in hte polar station when the magnetic anomoly is picked up. So I think there is a stronger chance that the numbers are actually tied to the island and the magnetism and maybe less to the valenzetti equation....

i don't think it's the 42 years 23 months etc. but i am pretty sure that the Numbers have something to do with the Valenzetti equation. In one of the video fragments, (not sure which one, i'll look it up later) Alvar is talking about the Valenzetti Equation and the video shows a man writing the numbers "4" and "8" on a board, with the screen text saying "The Valenzetti Equation" and if the numbers are to be revealed, then thats the only logical place i would think to have them.
