It's not French - it's Danish. And what's being said is (with respect for me being Swedish and not knowing exactly how to spell Danish):
Tak for det du vil være med. [something that I couldn't hear] Vejret i København idag er klart med udsigt til skyet byer i morgen der fortsætter in i weekenden. Den nuvarende temperatur er tolv grader. Det er alt for mig i aften [and then something else that I couldn't quite understand] 60 og 70...
Okay, but hey - what does that mean? It's very uninteresting: Thanks for entering (joining). [something that I couldn't hear] The weather in Copenhagen today is clear with possibilities for rainy skies tomorrow that will continue all the way until the weekend. The current temperature is twelve degrees (12°C = 54°F). That's all for me tonight [and then something else that I couldn't quite understand] 60 and 70...
I'll try to distinguish what's being said where I still didn't understand, but I'm pretty sure that's not very interesting either.

Copenhagen is mentioned several times on the Hanso Foundation website.

Yes... Well, we all know that Alvar Hanso is a "wealthy Danish industrialist", so I guess it's not very strange if the capital of his country is mentioned...

Well, as I heard all the other phone recordings it was totally clear that it was a recorded radio show supposedly transmitted from Denmark that the Hanso Foundation used as waiting-in-phone-music.

Can anyone confirm the link between the Nazis failed development of the atomic bomb and Copenhagen. Either it was based in Copenhagen or that was the codename for it. Also on the Hanso 'sign up to newsletter' page where it all goes...well nuts scary, don't you think between the two hands about to shake it looks like a nuclear blast...the a mushroom cloud, just the blast....or an entering meteor (black rock).
Oh guys, we are sad but this whole thing is so sweet!

I called the phone number from the Hanso press release, but instead of the message from yesturday, you now get the following message:
WOMAN'S VOICE: The mail box belonging to:
MALE VOICE: Hugh Mcintyre, Hanso foundation.
WOMAN'S VOICE: Is full, and cannot accept new messages at this time. To page this person press 5 now or please try again later.
I pressed 5, and when when prompted, and entered my cell number. One thing that I I was suspicious of was that then the service spoke my number back to me, it was staticy and broken back. I reentered my number, and it spoke it back to me clearly. This probably doesn't mean anything. I am interested to see if I get some kind of message back.

nctrnlbst,
This was not the new number but the old american number?
The new number definitely has the same old recording for Hugh McIntyre.
