The girl in the photo with Desmond in the hatch was the girl who tried to adopt Claire's baby.
It seems that psychic guy must have known about it too when he said something like, 'This baby cannot be raised by an Other.'
Whether he really is a psychic guy (which i doubt), or if he actually knew more than he semed to, is unclear.

He did say that, didn't he? At the time I thought he was saying "another", but now that you mention it, maybe he was saying "an Other". Maybe he is a Dharma guy and was using psychology on Claire to manipulate her into getting on that flight. Tell a frightened young girl repeatedly not to adopt her baby out. Call her up many times in the middle of the night. Remote view into her session with the adoptive couple and psychically control the pens to make them not write so she thinks it is fated that she shouldn't adopt out. Then when she comes back to see you, you've got her ready to do whatever you want. That is certainly a different angle on things.
Still, I'm with Jay and Jack on this one. I think the psychic is just a psychic who knew Claire's baby has potential to go the way of Anakin Skywalker. He knew the plane was going down and knew she would be forced to raise the baby. Of course, one has to wonder about the psychic guy's ethics. If you really knew that you were sending this pretty young thing on a flight that would crash and cause her much misery, how could you? Aaron must be some very very bad seed for him to do that, either the Antichrist or Adolph Hitler type.
Back to the original statement, however. Didn't the lady who wanted to adopt Claire's baby have red hair? The lady in the photo is a blonde. I don't think she is Jack Shephard's sis either. Does he even have any siblings?

I do not think the girl trying to adopt claires baby is a Dharma employee. Why would this person go through so much work to adopt the Claires baby knowing that the baby would be born after the crash and on the island? Why not just wait and take it from Claire, why waste time going through lawyers.....whats a piece a paper on an island going to do? It just doesn't make any sense.

I think the cheekbones are the biggest similarity.
It could be desmond as well with his long-distance sailing trip hair.
