Link to EW article.
answers a bit of some of the questions from last episode and hints at future stuff to come. Minor spoilers and hinting at future possiblities on the show. I summarized all the questions they answered since some are more spoilerly than the others. That way you all can pick and choose which you are interested in. There is nothing I would consider a major spoilers here with plot twists to be revealed or anything.
Topics and answers on the following:
(I've included the short answer, but the reasoning and thought behind many of these by D&C is quite interesting to read in the 5 page article link I posted above)
Is Ben one of the Oceanic 6?
Is there a tie between Naomi and Elsa's bracelet?
Did the golf scene in Sayid's flash forward happen after Elsa or before?
Which World Series was Frank talking to Jack about at the helicopter?
Are the flashforwards we are seeing only possible realities that might be able to be changed by some action on the island? Are there multiple future timelines we are being shown?
When will we see more about time possibly being "bent" or "traveled"?
What is the general structure/theme of Season 4 going to be?
When will we find out who is in the coffin?
How central will the monster or Jacob be in this season?
How important was Faraday's time experiment with the rocket to the overall show?
Will we learn more this season about Christian Shepherd being in the cabin/rocking chair and the eye we saw?
Will we find out about Adam and Eve this season?
Will we see any more DHARMA stations?
Orchid video? How important?
Wasn't Penny being available to talk to Charlie via Looking Glass a little too convenient?
Why not call Penny via sat phone?
What is up with the list of people Ben is giving Sayid?
How significant was find815 to the overall story - what should we consider important out of that story?
What is Canon for the show?
How significant are some of the names of the new people?
What do you call the people on the freighter?
Where did Abbaddon's name come from?

Is Ben one of the Oceanic 6?
maybe
Is there a tie between Naomi and Elsa's bracelet?
no
Did the golf scene in Sayid's flash forward happen after Elsa or before?
All narrative streams are chronological in Lost in a given episode, so the flash forward or flash back will always be shown in order.
Which World Series was Frank talking to Jack about at the helicopter?
Unclear answer, but probably not the most recent second win.
Are the flashforwards we are seeing only possible realities that might be able to be changed by some action on the island? Are there multiple future timelines we are being shown?
All flashforwards are set in stone. They have no reservations about bending the time and space continuum. In fact they are for it, but they will not create paradoxes, like on Heroes. They want to ensure that if time travel is introduced it is done in a simple, clean way that doesn't add complexity to the show, and doesn't cheat.
When will we see more about time possibly being "bent" or "traveled"?
Episode 5 promises more on this, but they insist that they are keeping it clean - no paradoxes. At the end of this all we will have a clear picture of what happened for the Oceanic 6 from the time they left the island to where we see them in the future, how they got there, and how their stories fit together.
What is the general structure/theme of Season 4 going to be?
The castaways relationship with the losties. Losties who originally wanted to leave now defend the island. Losties may have a deeper relationship/history with island than they first understood. Who does get off the island - what happens to them, and what happens to those who get left behind. Why do some of the characters leave? How do they leave? What are the circumstances under which they leave? Why do some stay? Is it a choice? Is it an accident? Both?
When will we find out who is in the coffin?
By the end of the season 4. Somehow this is key to the whole season 4's plot arc.
How central will the monster or Jacob be in this season?
they will be around and shown but not primary to the season.
How important was Faraday's time experiment with the rocket to the overall show?
Very important - a new idea that is being shown - sets up for more to come later. Key to the characters relationship to the island versus the outer world. Uses the words "Time differential" when comparing the two.
Will we learn more this season about Christian Shepherd being in the cabin/rocking chair and the eye we saw?
We will get more on this later in the season, but it isn't as central to what we are currently seeing, more to propel us into next season. Cabin moving might be addressed as well a bit.
Will we find out about Adam and Eve this season?
No, but it will be addressed at some point.
Will we see any more DHARMA stations?
We will see one additional one, but it is more a lead in to next season.
Orchid video? How important?
key to some of the stuff to be shown this season.
Wasn't Penny being available to talk to Charlie via Looking Glass a little too convenient?
Not really, they give an explanation that she would have set something to alert her if a signal was received from the coordinates she was trying to connect with.
Why not call Penny via sat phone?
Why this isn't possible will be explained in episode 5 by Frank.
What is up with the list of people Ben is giving Sayid?
It is linked to the wreckage of 815 found in the trench. At the end of the season we will be given two possibilities for how that wreckage got there, but not know definitively which is correct. The list is tied to the people who potentially set up the wreckage.
How significant was find815 to the overall story - what should we consider important out of that story?
The Maxwell group itself may not be important, but that the Christiane I was looking for the black rock and that they may have been doing something else as well is important.
What is Canon for the show?
Mobisodes are canon. Some of find815 is canon, some may not be relevant/canon? Orchid Video is canon. Video game is not canon. Only the show itself will ever need to be seen to understand everything in the end though.
How significant are some of the names of the new people?
Miles Straum - intentional play on Maelstrom. CS Lewis - intentional and parallels come into play more later in the season. Faraday one is obvious to Michael Faraday. Frank's name came from some random producer. Minkowski related to time stuff to be revealed more later.
What do you call the people on the freighter?
Freighter Folk. Although there will be another group introduced on the boat that would be called something else most likely.
Where did Abbaddon's name come from?
they looked it up on wikipedia.
