Sayid puts a blanket over Naomi's body. He notices she is wearing a bracelet with this inscription
N. I will always be there with you R.G.
Obviously N is Naomi but who is R.G?[

Who was the Dharma leader's name the doctor on the films? May be him, Also may be an alias for someone. It may be revealed later as well. |

Yah the doc's name is not R.G. either, I'm just gonna say then that it will be revealed later. Gotta be a big part of knowing Naomi then. I looked over the next couple of episodes and really the closest to R.G. May be Richard Goodwin? No idea if that is even a character. It sounds very familiar. More Spoilers about upcoming ep. Beware very spoilery Episode 'The Other Woman' features Goodwin. I have a bad memory, but this could be a theory, what if the other woman in this episode is Naomi and Goodwin is related in there somewhere, another crazied theory. |

First of all that is a great theory! Just simply look at the title of the episode makes me think of Naomi, Knowing what her bracelet says, It seems like its from someone who WANTS to be with her, but can't (due to a wife?). Therefor he would give her somthing to know that he would rather be with her. So "The other Women" seems like the perfect episode for this to come up.
Who's episode is this? (?-centric)

I believe the G name you mentioned McLovin is that characters first name and not last name.
However I am thinking that perhaps that bracelet is even more important than we think. I did not do a comparison but wasn't the woman Sayid was sleeping with in the Economist also wearing a similar bracelet.

I don't buy Sayid knew Regina or Naomi. If so he would have questioned her about it earlier when he first met Naomi.
That Regina might be her twin? Possible. That Sayid might fall for REgina and have a future relationship with her? Possible.

The bracelet is even more important than originally thought
Naomi is not wearing the bracelet in the episodes of series 3. Obviously the writers did not think up the bracelet angle until season 4. In the first episode of this season, when Naomi jumps out of the tree on to Kate she does have the bracelet on. The bracelet is important enough for the writers to lose contrinuity from season 3 to season 4.
Being that we saw Elsa wearing a similar bracelet we may assume a link between Naomi and Elsa and everyone else wearing that bracelet.

It is possible Charlotte is wearing a bracelet - she had long sleeves and when she return her shirt was draped over her left wrist.

I have an idea, What if Sayid is searching for the other bracelet. The scene cut before we could tell if he took it or not, maybe there are other bracelets, or Ben is starting a new line of bracelets.
It also appears like the bracelet has a screw in the middle, holding it together? I've never seen something like this. These may be used to "Identify" those that we on the boat or island in some way, and Ben is sending Sayid to kill all of them, or some variation of that
