From Spoilerfix: (some very big things be warned) 1. Claire and Jack are siblings and we'll know it before they do. Source: Kristin on E!Online
2. Episode 3.13: The Man From Tallahassee (Locke-centric) Airdate: March 21, 2007 Guest starring are M.C. Gainey as Mr. Friendly/Tom, Tania Raymonde as Alex, Nestor Carbonell as Richard Alpert, Mira Furlan as Danielle Rousseau, Kevin Tighe as Anthony Cooper, Patrick J. Adams as Peter Talbot, Barbara Baehler as Mrs. Talbot, Don Nahaku as Detective Reed, Marlene Forte as Detective Mason, Stephen Bishop as William Kincaid, Cleo King as government worker and Brian Goodman as Ryan Pryce. Source: ABC
3. 03/05 - On the UK Show "Richard and Judy," Carlton Cuse revealed that the Charlie "problem" would be resolved in episode 16. Source: Spoilers Lost [Note: It is unknown he was referring to the death premonition or Charlie's attack on Sun.]
4. 03/05 - I'm pretty sure [the new female regular is] a subterranean character. Damon and Carlton seemed to admit there's a whole underground contingency on the island in the latest Lost Redux video clip. Source: Kristin on E!Online So the question for Locke's epi is: Will Dr. Alpert be on the island, or in his flashback?

Thanks, i didn't know who this Dr. Alpert guy was. I think its interesting that Anthony Cooper is in this episode as well as a handful of government workers.
