From ABC's Inside the Experience:
I'm posting this stuff up for sculpey, who attended the panel at 10:30, who I just got off the phone with. He gave me some details about what went down.
After a few "behind the scenes" clips, they talked about the "LOST diaries", which will be like 13 two minute mini episodes throughout the regular season. Supposedly some of the characters like Kate & Sawyer find a videocamera and start recording themsleves.
S3 will be more scientific, and DHARMA will be more explained
Kate takes a lover
Someone asked a question about time, and the panel responded "That's assuming time passes normally on the island, as it might off the island"
There will be more off island scenes in S3
Desmond will be back
There will be more Libby flashbacks
Again, reiterating island has "a much longer history than any of us could imagine" (said this in podcast, too)
Again, reiterating the Monster is NOT nanobots, and the whole thing is NOT in Vincent's mind
JJ is writing the first episode and directing the 2nd episode
'RB' stood up in the back and asked some "What about THF? What about Mittelwerk" questions.
PS: Also, there is a rumor going around that at the DVD party from Friday night, that there was a hint dropped that Rose is Walt's grandmother. I don't think this stuff is as reliable as the other stuff I am getting from sculpey first hand, though, so I'm not sure it's the best to post it front page.
Good stuff! Last bit - grain of SALT!

From E Insider:
And remember, you heard it here last!
* First ep of the season is called "A Tale of Two Cities"
* The smoke monster is definitely not made of nanobots
* Kate will "make her choice" in the first six eps of the season. Her choice is presumably between Sawyer and Jack, as opposed to between Pepsi and Coke, in which case the correct answer is obviously Sprite.
* Rachel Blake (as played by the divine Jaime Silberhatz) showed up, live and in person, to bravely heckle the panel and accuse them of collaboration with the Hanso Foundation. She was escorted from the ballroom before I could give read her my latest poem, "Ode to a Geek Pinup"
* The word "clone" will never be heard on the show
* Adewale invented the Jesus stick
* There will be 13 "mobisodes," running about one or two minutes each, likely in the form of a video diary. Per video played at the Con, Hurley apparently found a video camera in the jungle in a heretofore unseen scene. The mobisodes will probably be released to cell phones during the 13-week hiatus between the first and second blocks of new Lost eps, and hopefully be available for download to the general public after a week.
* The Powers That Be all but confirmed Libby will be appearing in flashbacks, most logically Desmond's or Hurley's
* If you're asking about daddy issues, you're asking the right questions
* They were bummed that none of the actors got nominated for the work, and that Battlestar Galactica didn't get nominated at all
* Strong implication that an underwater hatch might exist and that it might be explored this season
* The PTB are still claiming they killed Cynthia Watros off the show for the dramatic impact. The fans still don't believe them.
* Terry O'Quinn wants a knife in his hand in season three, and the producers seem inclined to give it to him
* Carlton teased that the survivors' experience of time on the Island may (or may not) be a realistic experience
* The producers say the hieroglyphics on the timer translate to "underworld"
* Rachel Blake pointed to a new Lost Experience Website: www.hansoexposed.com/
