Just watched the preview frame by frame and here's what I found.

First, Zeke looks like Moses in the 10 Commandments. Long white beard. Man there must be a lot of beard glue on this island.

Second, and huge, Alex (or the girl we think is Alex), the one who helped Claire escape the medical hatch is with Michael leading him into the Others camp. Looks like we get another on island flashback next week.

Finally, one of the others injects Michael with something. Is it Rousseau's sickness, same thing that Desmond got, ??

Loved that last episode.

who do you think the other woman is and is she telling the truth about walt ??
i think from the previews its like michael did what the others told him to do, but then they seem to go back on their promises and don't keep up their deal to give back walt...

or could the scenes of michael be another island-flashback. Isn't this epp spoed to be michael-centric?
