the 3 minutes in the title of the "Three minutes"... could this be "the 3 minutes" the time one have to type in the numbers after the counter has reached zero before all hell break loose? since we have never seen any of them waited longer than 5 sec before typing the number in and pressing the "execute" button.
or is it a 3 minute walk to reach the "?" place...
HG has done his job it seems.. he has made Locke question his believes of the hatch and he knew that the others weren't going to be at the line (where Jack and Kate met Michael last episode).
Cheers!

Cannot remember where I read this, but I seem to remember someone official saying that it was 3 minutes as a duration of an event people had to deal with.
I also remember hearing somewhere unofficial that it might be a show that is the same three minutes played back over and over from each losties perspective tied to a single event happening. I thought that sounded pretty cool.
This might have been in another post here on the site - do not remember, but if so, sorry for not giving credit.

Yep, Javi said that the three minutes refers to a duration of an event.
But everyone needs to keep in mind that the synopsises for "?" and "Two for the Road" can be completely off. Need I remind you of the time where TV.com had episode 13 listed as the episode where Ana Lucia finds an underwater hatch and we meet a new character named Jessica?
