Something I found on YTMND

Hi, I'm new to the Jay and Jack forums. Sorry if this has been posted already. I knew about and was a devoted fan to YTMND before the one you posted here, and during my daily check, I found an extreme spoiler that seems to make perfect sense.

Supposedly Hurley is in the mental hospital because he has Schizophrenia, and Dave (the title of the episode) is his immaginary friend. Libby knows Hurley not because she worked there, but because she was staying there, treating her being a compulsive liar. Locke is on crutches for the rest of the season (not too big of a spoiler) and it also spoils (though they're kinda void at this point) Shannon and Boone's death.

It's weird... the Boone and Shannon spoilers are so old, but the other ones are fairly new... I wonder when it was made?

'twas made just today. It was just supposed to be general Lost spoilers.

EDIT: Okay, so that pic of Libby was on ABC for a short time as a Promo pic for Dave, but was removed as it was a huuuge spoiler and meant to be posted on the site AFTER the episode aired. As well as another of a guy taking a picture...

The promo pics show Hurley with a bald guy, who other people don't seem to see. The doctor appears to be taking a picture of Hurley, while 'Dave is with him', to show Hurley he isn't real.

and they are just fakes!!

but it would be cool if they are real.
It says something on the island makes hurley remember about his time there.
so maybe he starts to go a bit crazy again.
maybe its the guilt of hiding all the food.
or libby starts going back to her old crazy ways and he follows.
who knows!!!
