I know I am running a little late tonight, but I wil try to answer the latest questions.
Fu-lin-yoo: Yes, you want to be there before 9 so that you can get in line for registration check in. The closer you are to the front of the line, the faster you will get in and get your badge. And you are correct, I believe. The doors are open at 10 for events, but who knows, we may be able to get in the door to the halls early. If I remember correctly, Room 20 is just across from registration. (You go out the doors and across the hall.)
Sofila: I have given a few suggestions for where to meet, but am waiting for the official word from Jay and Jack on their next podcast. It will also depend on what days and times everyone is arriving. Check out the podcast as soon as it is out to find out what the guys decide.
Lordbyron: If you are getting there Friday, you will not be able to stay in line overnight for Room 20. You can, however, get to the Convention Center as early as you want on Sat and line up outside to be one of the first ones to get in when they open the doors. Getting there early is good in order to get the best seats, but if you are running behind, don't stress too much. It is a huge room. It is definitely possible that they will run out of seats, but it is bigger than the typical panel room.
