This might not be the right section but has anyone else noticed the database connection problems? Im assuming the host caps the amounts of connections to the database and JayandJack.com has probably been hitting that. The error does say its a wordpress issue but I dont think thats what it is. Just thought I would bring it up incase Jay wasn't aware. Like I mentioned in my email I would be more than happy to help with the issue.

It doesn't have anything to do with the bandwidth. Most hosts allow 50 users at a time to open database connections. It sound like a small amount but it isnt. If your site is taking up too much of the servers resources to create your pages then it will automatically reject some people.
That is why you can refresh a few times and see the site.
Worst case scenario is that they will ask you to get a dedicated server and those aren't cheap. Who do you host with?
I think you really need to have a look at whats going on in your logs. Like I said before im more than willing to help solve the problem im sure it can be fixed with a few changes in your code.
