We've got the spoiler section bit on the podcast from none other than James, but I was thinking that we could have a Spoiler Discussion board here. We've got the Theories and the Comments sections, but no real place to really discuss spoilers, and I'm sure there's a good amount of people who don't like spoilers, so posting it in the Comments section might not be that great in the long run.
What do you guys think?

Is it possible to somehow make the thread titles invisible from the main page? If you know what I mean.

I know what you mean, Cihan. I think the only way to do that is do what The Fuselage has, and make a usergroup for people that want access to the spoilers, and the Spoiler board would only be visible to people of that usergroup.
Seems like an awful lot of trouble though.

Well all of the spoilers are to be put in that section of the board. So if you dont want to see them dont go in....right?

I see, Sunan. Well if its alot of trouble then no biggy, its not worth your time Jay. But what I meant was that people will still be able to see spoilers from the main page without even entering the spoiler forum, geddit? I'll just avert my eyes when I'm on the main page though.  |

Wait, when you come to the front page all you see is the links to the different boards like this.  So if you dont want to see spoilers just dont go into that section right? Am I missing something? I more than likely am |

lol! Ok, see in the spoiler section, all the way on the right you can see the beginning of the name of the thread thats last been updated, in this case by darthjerry, where it says "first thread = some HU". So my worry was that while on the main page I might see something like "Jack is Jay's FATHE".
Etc. ;D

I see, mayb there could be an agreement on not making the spoiler thread titles too revealing So rather then "Jack is Jay's father" they could use "Major Jay-Jack spoiler" or something.. dunno. I for one, will just ignore that part of the board, so no probs with me  |

Just an idea On my phpbb forum, i have spoiler tags, that go like this Insert text that some people might not want to see and they can click to see it or not |

Spoiler tags can be implemented on here as well, but that's not the issue being we already have a forum for spoilers so if someone doesn't wanna see it, they just avoid the board like the plague. I think the only immediate fix we can have for this is to just keep the spoilers out of the topic titles. And I think that should work well.
