Hello Jay and Jack...
I've been listening to your podcast for about a month, but I'm just now getting around to registering on the forums. I decided my first post would be to congratulate you on making your podcast more and more enjoyable each week. I think you should be commended for taking constructive criticism and applying it to your show to make it more polished as time goes on. Some things I've noticed:

I think you should be commended for taking constructive criticism and applying it to your show to make it more polished as time goes on. Some things I've noticed:
- Jay - I love the bell to go with your trademark "Anyways." I'm glad you acknowledged that there was no way you could stop saying it. The bell is a nice touch.
- The banter is best when you guys are arguing about Lost and not as fun when you're poking fun at each other. For example, I don't think Jay should be stuck with "Bitter Jay" as his nickname.
- I'm glad you got over the stigma of making the show too long - no such thing! As long as you have something to say, say it!
- I love Ryan and Jen, but I prefer the way you guys mix your commentary in with the summary. I always end up fast forwarding through the recap on "The Transmission."
