Haha, welcome to the forums, mutt. Very good podcast gentlemen, very good. And may I be the first to congratualte Sawyer-Sybil-Sayid (screw it, I'm gonna call him Baby-Eater) on being picked! You really deserve it, man! Oh, and to answer Jack's qwery. I leave my computer on pretty much all the time (I'm terrible at keeping up my machines...I worry that if I turn them off they'll never turn back on again) and I usually check these in the mornings, leave the web page up when I head out the door. Do my afterschool stuff, come home, do my homework. And by then it's pretty late and I'll talk to friends and refresh the board occasionally when it's slow. And I never sleep...I'm a vampire.

Good job, again! Great podcast. Actually, I do like the longer ones. They have more information, can more accurately recap the episodes, and can hold more theories. Keep makin' them long and makin' them good!

Just finished listening to this latest podcast.
I like the new "Listener" announcement, Jay - very funny. It was a good show and congrats indeed to Sawyer for winning the photo, and glad you prevented Jack from stealing it...although I'd triple-check the package when you mail it, haha.
I like the longer podcasts too - it makes them nicer to listen to as some of the others just give quick bites and don't really offer much more than "we liked it" or whatever, plus I like how you're interacting with the fans.
Actually having our traditional Thanksgiving feast this Saturday due to my family's work commitments, so hope everyone else had a great one too.

Thanks Cliff, Yea i guess we are going to stick with the longer format, because we havent had a single person object to it yet. Glad you like the LISTENER FEEDBACK I thought it would be nice to split the show a bit, but not too much. Have a good thanksgiving on Sat. At least your day after thanksgiving sales wont be too crazy

I give your EP 1.8 11 out of 10 stars, because I didn't see the episode and your summary was very useful.
Plus I got the picture, that's always a plus.

And I loved David's theory. That was spectacular and I'd never thought about it.
And it makes a lot of sense! I particularily enjoyed the "I will kill one of them" not "one of you" part. That really makes it seem like Charlie knows Ethan.
Did anyone catch in season 1 that when Jack's dad lost someone in the O.R. that Ethan was the girl's husband or boyfriend or whatever? And then Jack, after hearing that Charlie and Claire had been taken, says "I'm not going to let him do this to me...not again." What's that about?

I think it might be possible that Charlie knew Ethan...but I do not think Charlie's evil. For instance, if Ethan's threat for not bringing him Claire was "I'm going to kill one of them" it implies that Charlie must like the people he's stranded with. But, despite all the fabulous evidence displayed by David's excellent theory, I can't see any real reason Charlie would help Ethan. He's not an Other. The heroin plane was still up a tree, out of reach, and unable to be used as leverage. Charlie seemed to have a genuinely good relationship with Claire...I'm probably biased, but I justr can't see it.
