Well I know this might have some copyright complications but what if you put little snippets of audio from the episode into your show and then talked about it? Some quotes, some larger scenes... If copyrighting is an issue, which I'm sure it is, maybe write to ABC and explain the Podcasting thing and say that they're free and everything and see if they'll let you do that. It might work....  |

As much as Jack and I would love to have clips on the show, it is illegal. There are podcasts that use them, and i am not bashing them for using them, but the fact of the matter is that ABC could give us a cease and desist order if they wanted to. That is something that i wouldn't want to get in the mail. Maybe when the show gets some more clout, we will have the power to get clips on the show with there permission, but with ABC having its official podcast going at the same time i don't see that that happening right now.
So for now we will be on the safe side.

Yep better safe than sorry. I wouldn't want your podcasting to end either. I mean, you could still try to get permission, but it's completely up to you.
